Your Privacy Choices

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information about you.

These rights may include the ability to request:

Access: — obtain information about personal information maintained about you.
Correction: — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Deletion: — request deletion of eligible personal information.
Information About Processing: — request information concerning how certain personal information is collected, used, or disclosed.
Applicable Opt-Out Rights: — exercise an opt-out right where required by applicable law and relevant to VetLogic Pro’s processing practices.

Delete My Information

You can ask us to delete personal information associated with your VetLogic Pro portal, including information obtained through an authorized VA connection. Valid deletion requests are completed within 45 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.

Start a deletion request

VA-Connected Data

If you connected your VA account, you can disconnect it at any time from your Veteran Portal account page to stop future synchronization. Disconnecting does not automatically delete information previously synchronized — to have it deleted, submit a “Delete My Information” or “VA-Connected Data Request”. See Data Retention & Deletion.

Organization-Controlled Information

If your information is maintained by VetLogic Pro on behalf of an organization, that organization may be responsible for responding to your request.

VetLogic Pro may forward the request to the applicable organization or assist that organization with fulfilling a valid request.

VetLogic Pro may request additional verification through an appropriate secure process if necessary. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.

I understand that deletion may be permanent and that deleted information may not be recoverable.

Description

Please don’t include Social Security numbers, VA claim documents, medical records, driver’s license or ID documents, or VA disability documentation. If we need to verify your identity, we’ll follow up through a separate secure process.
